style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ANNOUNCEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On April, the 10-th, 2011 in Chabanka (that located under Odessa), the JPO \u201cKiev Club \u201cRed Star\u201d, the military historical club \u00abMilitary valour\u00bb (Odessa), the Odessa State administration, the State administration of Chernomorsk\u2019, at a support of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Department of the Southern operational command, the National A.Dovzhenko film studios, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Odessa air-sporting club, the Odessa movie studios, the Trade House of Sheremet&#8217;ev, the \u201cDepartment of military-cultural anthropology\u201d and the PC \u201cBivouac\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The festival will be conducted in Chabanka (town Chernomorskoe), next to a battery No.412, on the territory of former ground of the Military Force of the USSR. In a battle action it will be widely shown the ships of Navy Forces of Ukraine and the aviation of the Odessa air-sporting club are involved too. A pyrotechnics effect would be executed by the pyrotechnic workshop of the Odessa film studio.
